Why Hire carol as your life coach?

Carol created UpBeing, believing that as individual humans level up their happiness, the level of positivity in the universe rises. There is a ripple effect when one person chooses to make improvements in their life. That person influences their family and their friends. By working on ourselves we can help shift our world and the lives of those around us for the better.

Our why and the upbeing coaching approach

Athletes hire coaches because they want to improve their abilities in their particular sport. They chose that sport and they already know the rules and the objectives. A coach can help them fine tune their skills, motivate them to practice, and help them eliminate any bad habits they may have picked up along the way. 

We all are playing the game of Life. We have a vague idea of the objectives and the rules, and we all have some skills. What most people need, along with a clear vision of their own ideal life and an accurate view of how life works, is someone who can help them improve their life skills, help them discover their hidden talents, motivate them to practice good technique, fix their bad habits, and hold them accountable to make positive changes. This is what Life Coaching with UpBeing is all about.

Increase Self-Awareness

All clients begin their coaching plan by taking three personality tests – the Myers Briggs (16 types) test, the Enneagram, and Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies quiz.  Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of our personality type is key to making positive changes – we use our strengths and the habit change strategies that work best for us to overcome and work around our weaknesses. A personal transformation journey is like any other journey – you have to know your starting point and what tools and supplies you have (or don’t have) before you can go anywhere.

Form New Habits

You can’t become better by continuing to do the same things. All clients begin by establishing new morning and evening routines that help them start and end each day in a happy, peaceful place. From there we work on habits the client wants to change, utilizing the knowledge gained from the Four Tendencies quiz and strategies learned during our coaching sessions.

Increase Awareness of Universal Laws

Everything – from the rocks and trees in nature, and the homes and businesses in our towns, to our bodies, our words, and even our thoughts – is energy. All energy vibrates and sends out a signal that draws or repels the signals of other things that are also vibrating. This is just one of the laws governing everything.  As we become aware of these laws and align our actions, our words, and our thoughts with them, we are able to achieve our goals with confidence, clarity, and peace.

Shift Your Mindset

Part of the UpBeing coaching approach is to teach clients how to think, speak, and behave in alignment with the energy of their highest desires. They learn to create the future by affirming their dreams with gratitude in advance. They let go of complaining and learn to see the good in every experience. Thinking and speaking positively about life makes life much more enjoyable!

Create Your Ideal Life Vision

UpBeing clients work with Carol to create a document that describes their ideal life in five areas – spiritual, health/fitness, financial, relationships, and personal development.  Every sentence is written in what Carol calls “present tense positive.” Clients describe the most amazing life they can imagine, stating everything in present tense as if their life is already the way they imagine, and using only positive language.

Through this unique process, they create a recording of themselves reading their Life Vision document so that they can  listen to the recording daily to elevate their personal energetic vibration and bring their ideal life into reality.

Coaching Program – 12 weeks – $899

UpBeing has designed a program that covers everything you need to discover your strengths, let go of old patterns that hold you back, establish new routines, and create a vision for achieving your goals and bringing your ideal life into reality. We work together (in-person or online) for one hour each week for 12 weeks, you practice what you learn during the week, and by the time you complete the program you will have the knowledge, skills, and tools to continue on a path to happiness and success. 

Although Carol has an outline for the direction and goals of the program, it is client led, so we can create a unique order for the coaching program ensuring we focus on your specific needs and top goals.

Single Session – 1 Hour Life Coaching – $75

Single private coaching sessions can be held in person or online through Zoom personal meetings. 

These 1 hour sessions are client led, so we can work on whatever you want to work on in coaching. Carol will also rely on intuition to support you and guide you through the session if you are not sure where to start or what you want to work on.

This session is also a fabulous introduction to better understand Carol and the UpBeing approach to coaching.

Schedule Your Session

Coaching & Energy Work Program – 14 Weeks – $1,275

This package includes the complete 12-week Life Coaching program plus a 1-hour SimplyALIGN™ (formerly Simply Healed) energy session at the beginning and another 1-hour session at the end, as well as three 20-minute energy checkups in the middle – after weeks 3, 6, and 9.

Energy work clears the way for the new habits and behaviors and thought processes we work on in coaching to stick long term. Carol can do energy work with you in person, or over the phone, or through the computer, so don’t let geography stop you from taking the opportunity to get an energy tune-up!

Single Session – 1 Hour Coaching & Energy Work Session – $125

Single private coaching and energy work sessions can be held in person or online through Zoom personal meetings. Energy work coupled with coaching is very powerful and long lasting.

These 1 hour sessions are client led, so we can work on whatever you want to work on in coaching and energy work. Carol will also rely on intuition to support you and guide you through the session if you are not sure where to start or what you want to work on.

This session is also a fabulous introduction to better understand Carol and the UpBeing approach to coaching combined with energy work from the SimplyALIGN™ Method.
